• Breakfast Available - From 8am – 9am, though we often provide earlier or packed breakfasts. We serve a Perthshire breakfast with home grown, quality, fresh, local ingredients. We have an extensive menu with something for everyone.
• Eating Out Facilities within 2 miles - We are happy to provide recommendations and telephone for reservations for our guests.
• Shop within 2 Miles / Mobile Shop - There is a large superstore within a 2 min walk.

• Children Welcome - We welcome our younger guests by providing high chair travel cot and a breakfast they'll surely enjoy.

• Fitness Training - As a guest house we are obviously much too small to provide a gym, however Bannatyne's health club is just across the street.

Leisure Facilities

• Satellite / Cable TV - Perth does not have a good TV reception due to it's location in the Highlands and freeview television does not fully operate. Therefore we have installed Freesat boxes in our rooms to allow guests to watch all their favourite channels plus a few more.

• 24hr Help Link - We can provide information to our guests on the best means of public transport to use whilst travelling to Perth. We often collect our guests from bus/train station.
• Free Parking On-Site - We have our own car parking spaces outside our guest house for use by our guests. We have a limited number of spaces (one per room) so we prefer to know which of our guests are arriving by car.
