We have a cheerful guest house and our priority has always been 'customer care'. We give a warm friendly welcome to all our guests: whether you are in Perth for business or pleasure, you will arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.
Our well-decorated en-suite bedrooms offer guests comfort and relaxation after a long day travelling or sightseeing. We have a variety of rooms to cater for all your requirements from single, double and twin rooms plus a large family room. We also have one double bedroom on the ground floor.
All rooms have central heating, remote-control colour TV, a radio-alarm clock, a hairdryer and a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. Also provided is free Wi-Fi connection.

Breakfast is served from 8am - 9am.
Early breakfasts can be requested in advance or we can make you a packed breakfast to take with you.
Of all the delights a Scottish guest house has to offer, breakfast is surely the best! We actively participate in "The Perthshire Breakfast" meaning we try where we can to only purchase the best produce locally.
Quality restaurants are close by in Perth and surrounding areas. We are happy to make a reservation for you.
