1 & 4 Wester Delfour are the end houses in a row of 4 semi detached farm cottages overlooking farm fields & woodland. They are both fully equipped cottages sleeps 4 combining charm & comfort with superlative views across the Spey Valley.
Dating from Victorian times, Park Cottage is one of the most popular cottages on the Estate. The cottage sleeps 6 with a double room & 2 twin rooms, living room and dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a secluded, sheltered garden surrounded by fields.
North Wing is an attractively furnished two-storey wing of the main house, sleeping 8 in 2 twins, 1 double & 2 single rooms & 2 bathrooms & a separate WC on the first floor. On the ground floor is a large living room, dining room & kitchen with breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of the House.
With some of the best views on the Estate, and overlooking Loch Bourne, Top Flat sleeps 10 people comfortably in its 5 twin rooms. The Flat is tastefully decorated and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 bathrooms. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of the House.
All properties have wifi with the exception of Top Flat, although it may be able to receive a signal from the router in Alvie House.
