    Three beautiful cottages on a working farm. They surround a sheltered enclosed courtyard garden with individual patios and garden furniture. They have level access and are tastefully furnished.

    All have ensuite facilities whirlpool baths with oil central heating. Situated between sandy beaches, picturesque coastal villages, the magnificent Angus Glens and the Cairngorm National Park. Commuting distance to Aberdeen, the Oil Capital of Europe. Easy access to Royal Deeside, distillery, golfing, sea angling, boat trips and historic castles. Welcome to our working farm on the edge of the Howe o' the Mearns. We have three cottages from which to choose a relaxing holiday in a rural location.
    Our one bedroom cottage is on ground floor level and has an open plan living room/dining kitchen. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite whirlpool bath with shower over it. There is a separate visitors' WC.
    Our two bedroom cottage has an open plan living room/kitchen dining room, arched windows and oak staircase to first floor. One kingsize bedroom with ensuite whirlpool bath and shower over it. Also twin room with ensuite shower room. Separate visitors WC.
    Our three bedroom cottage has an open plan living room/kitchen dining room. Arched window and oak stair case to first floor. Ground floor double bedroom with ensuite shower room, twin room with arched window and adjacent wet room with whirlpool bath. First floor twin room with ensuite shower room. Separate visitors' WC. This cottage is suitable for wheelchair users. Dogs welcome by prior arrangement.

    Travelling North on A90 turn right at Fordoun onto B967. At intersection with A92 turn right into Inverbervie. Proceed through Inverbervie turn right to Aberdour Place. Bear right onto Townhead. Exit the Burgh. Travel approx 1.5 miles and turn left to Anniston Farm before wood on left.

    From the nearest information centre:- Leave Stonehaven by the A957 Southbound. At T Junction A92 turn left South to Inverbervie. Approx 9 miles.Proceed through Inverbervie turn right to Aberdour Place. Bear right onto Townhead. Exit the Burgh. Travel approx 1.5 miles and turn left to Anniston Farm before wood on left.

    Getting there by railway:- Alight at Laurencekirk Station then by taxi to Anniston Farm.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- Travel to Aberdeen or Dundee Airports Public transport from both airports can be sought for travel to Inverbervie
