Antler Cottage offers comfort in beautiful surroundings in a lovely corner of Argyll.

This delightful hideaway nestles comfortably amid typical West Highland scenery with uninterrupted views across nearby Loch Na Beithe, a hidden gem, to Ben Lora, the unique tidal Falls of Lora almost a stone's throw away.

Antler Cottage has been imaginatively converted to offer a romantic break or simply an escape from the "rat race". For the more adventurous there is unlimited scope for walking cycling kayaking or island hoping. Alternatively it is an ideal base for exploring the West Highlands and Hebrides.
Oban now widely acknowledged as the Seafood Capital of the Highlands is within a ten minute drive.

The cottage is tastefully furnished and seeks to provide the attention to detail which we hope will make your stay memorable. Antler Cottage has a large split level living room,hall and dining area with wood burning stove and views to the loch and Ben Lora beyond. The double bedroom faces the loch and has a king sized bed and en suite double shower with WC and WHB we have also a separate bathroom with WHB and WC. The kitchen is fully fitted out including dishwasher washing machine microwave and oil fired Rayburn and if you prefer to cook on an electric cooker we have one too.To make your stay more comfortable we supply soft white towels and linen.The Cottage is centrally heated and we provide a welcome tray with home baking for your arrival and for that first evening by the fire a bottle of wine and some hand made chocolates.

Choose a holiday or just a short break,wether it is for total relaxation or for outdoor activities we hope our cottage caters for your requirements.

Locally we have three hotels serving bar meals, a local shop with post office and cash-line facility which sells freshly baked bread rolls and pies. Oban five miles away has shops supermarkets and restaurants including Indian Chinese and Italian that supply good takeaway meals, details supplied in the Cottage.

MacBrayne Ferry Terminal in Oban is the gateway to the inner and outer Hebrides and local Islands of Lismore, Kerrera. Walking, cycling, kayaking,climbing, golfing, island hopping to name but a few activities, places of historic interest, distilleries or just exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Short Breaks from January 3rd to March 31st 2011 charges at £85 per night - this includes an extra heating charge for oil/ coal and firewood.
