    A classic Victorian (1850) detached villa set in a quiet leafy crescent in a desirable residential area. Convenient for Edinburgh's many attractions and the city centre(1.25 miles). Main bus route 50 metres round corner with 8 bus services to centre. 25 minute walk to centre.

    There are many excellent local restaurants, coffee shops and Pubs nearby at all price levels. We will gladly guide you towards those that best meet your needs.
    Mid-way between the two main campuses of Edinburgh University and adjacent to Holyrood Park and Palace, Arthur's Seat, and EU Pollock Halls of Residence and many of the main University residential areas. We are also convenient for the Scottish Parliament, Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, and the Edinburgh Synagogue and Central Mosque. Direct bus routes to Murrayfield Rugby Stadium, Edinburgh Zoo, Edinburgh International Conference Centre, and the Royal Botanic Gardens.

    The house is set in a conservation area (Waverley Park) of similar imposing Victorian properties and has the use of the local locked communal private gardens with a key available to guests. There are seating areas for Guests in our attractive front gardens.
