Ard-na-said Guest House has recently been renovated to a high standard with many Victorian features reinstated.

You will find your rooms tastefully furnished making your time in Edinburgh as comfortable as possible. All rooms have central heating, tea/coffee making facilities, tv and private bathroom/en-suite. There is also a Guest lounge for residents use.

In the morning you are sure to be satisfied by a full Scottish breakfast which will set you up for a great day. Vegetarians also catered for.

It is set in attractive gardens in a quiet residential area and offers speedy access to the heart of Edinburgh.

We are situated close to Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat, where the best walking and inspiring views can be found in Edinburgh.

Within walking distance we can offer golf, tennis and swimming, also within 200m local shops include a Laundrette and a Post Office.

Ard-na-said Guest House is conveniently situated for visitors to the University halls of residence.

For those wishing to explore the numerous wonders of Edinburgh, we are only 100m from a bus stop where there is an excellent bus service to the city centre.

As typical with Edinburgh there are many restaurants and pubs nearby.
