All rooms are en suite with free Sky Movie and Sports channels, tea & coffee making facilities and wireless Internet access. A selection of double, twin and family rooms are available.
Full cooked Scottish breakfast is served along side Continental style breakfast. Specialist breakfasts (gluten free, diabetic etc.) can be organised with prior notice to the kitchen.
We are located on the A7 to the City Centre, only minutes' drive from the city centre and within easy access to the A720 city bypass and A1, M8 motorway. There are frequent buses going to Princes Street every 5-10 minutes, with a bus stop right outside our guest house. There is also ample private off road parking available at no extra charge. Driving directions are available on request
