Ardfern Tipis

Self Catering

High Corranbeg, Ardfern, Lochgilphead, Argyll, PA31 8QN

Go Native! Stay in a traditional tipi or yurt. Set in 5 acres of woodland on the hillside above Ardfern on the Loch Craignish. Breakfast and BBQ hampers available.

Ardfern Tipis is a small family-run laid back alternative to crowded campsites, unpredictable B&Bs and expensive hotels. Open from May to end September, it is set in five acres of woodland on the hillside above the village of Ardfern. Only ten minutes walk from the Galley of Lorne pub, the Ardfern Yacht Centre or the Ardfern Village Store, its a great base for walking, cycling, sailing, exploring the area, or just relaxing. We also have a beautiful Mongolian Yurt, imported from Ulan Batur and we’ve found just the right setting for it with its own secluded spot by the river with views to the village and Loch Craignish.
