Ardlui is a 4 Star Holiday Park and stands on the shores of Loch Lomond, commanding a superb panoramic view of this most famous of Scottish lochs.
The Ardlui Holiday Home Park sits on the tip of the northern most shores of Loch Lomond. It’s the ideal place to try out the myriad of water sports available on the Loch, indeed, many water sport enthusiasts make the Ardlui Holiday Home Park their top destination for water sports every year!
The beautiful crystal clear waters in this region of the Loch make it one of the most stunning spots in the Loch Lomond area. With less of the bustle and traffic of other stretches of the Loch, the Ardlui Holiday Home Park is ideal for those looking for adrenaline and relaxation alike.
The choice of accommodation at Ardlui really is among the most comprehensive in the Loch Lomond area. As well as the Ardlui Hotel and Lodges, we also have the Ardlui Holiday Home Park where there are 3 self catering lodges and 2 static caravans for you to choose from.
Touring, Camping and Bothy
Touring Caravans
If you’re lucky enough to have the freedom of your own tourer or campervan, you don’t want to be fenced in by complications and limitations of parking. Here at Ardlui we have seven fully equipped tarmac stances for tourers and campervans. Overlooking the loch, our stances include electricity hook up, fresh water access, showers, a laundrette and an on-site shop.
We also offer a long-stay option for tourers and campervans. Please contact us directly to discuss this.
Walkers Bothy
Walker’s Bothy – the latest additions to our campsite at Ardlui are two new 2/3 person camping pods, each with a twin bed layout which can be converted to a double. 3 persons would require the occupants to sleep three in a row. These timber, armadillo style bothy's are great for campers who don’t want the hassle of carrying a tent, or would like a more comfortable nights sleep. Ideal for those wet and windy nights!
Equipped with underfloor heating, lighting, a double socket, large rear window with blind, a decked area and security door lock, these pods provide everything you will require for a night of 'glamping'. Vinyl covered mattresses are provided, but you will need your own sleeping bag/pillow.
Please note that these are situated on our campsite, not on the caravan park.
Camping
If you are looking to pitch your tent, then our campsite here at Ardlui is very popular with walkers of The West Highland Way, which runs along the other side of the loch and is accessed via a ferry from the Ardlui Marina. We only have a small campsite which is situated on the opposite side of the road from the hotel, affording campers the chance to wine and dine at Ardlui’s cosy restaurant and bars. Only £7.00 per person per night.
