All rooms are beautifully designed with en suite shower-rooms, TV, hospitality trays, and controllable central heating. The breakfast menu is extensive and highly praised with a choice of continental buffet and Scottish breakfast/vegetarian options. The house is situated on a quiet street, opposite a lovely park, and city centre attractions are a short 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride from just outside the house. Also convenient for the Port of Leith, Ocean Terminal and The Royal Yacht Britannia. Friendly hosts Robin and Barry, will do their best to make you feel at home and give you an insiders guide to get the most out of your stay in the city. The house is non-smoking throughout and there's free parking directly outside.
