A three bedroomed bungalow situated in a reasonable sized garden on the outskirts of Alyth a small town at the foot of Glenisla. Only a short stroll (1-1.5KM) to the centre of Alyth where there is a selection of shops, pubs, tea rooms, resturants and takeaways. It has a panoramic view north spanning the Hill of Alyth on the left to Catlaw on the right with an open aspect to the south. It is also central to Glenisla and Alyth golf clubs (about 1Km) and Strathmore Golf Centre (1.5Km). The rear garden is total enclosed which forms sun trap that is set out with a patio and grass ideal for BBQ’s and alfresco dining. Off road parking to the side and front of the property will allow three cars to be parked comfortably. Inside there is a new fitted kitchen, living room with an open log fire, and the three bedroom which can be configured as one king size, two supper kings or two twins or a combination of the aforementioned, makes the property ideal for small groups, family’s, three couples or a combination to suit you.
