Atholl Estates covers 145,000 acres of Highland Perthshire with picturesque village of Blair Atholl and Blair Castle at our heart. Our historic lodges are dotted around the estate in a variety of spectacular locations and guests can choose from splendid isolation, rural seclusion or a more central position.
Kindrochet (sleeps up to 16 people)
Blending Victorian architecture with modern renovation, the impressive centrally-heated Kindrochet is the perfect lodge for a special occasion or a break for up to sixteen people. The lodge lies in spectacular natural surroundings, ideal for walking or cycling and is located four miles from Blair Atholl.
Old Blair (sleeps up to 12 people)
Set in a hamlet a few hundred yards from Blair Castle, Old Blair started life as an inn, and is now a comfortable, centrally-heated homely lodge surrounded by landscape parklands, organic farmland and miles of way marked trails. Sleeping up to ten guests in the main lodge and two in the connected annexe, Old Blair is the ideal lodge for a family break, and is always popular for castle wedding guests and festive family gatherings.
Convalloch (sleeps up to 12 people)
With spectacular views of the lower Strathtay, in its secluded location, Convalloch is ideal for a holiday break for up to ten people in the main lodge and two in the separate annexe. Despite its seclusion, Convalloch is only three miles for the A9, making it perfect for a touring base. Tennis players will appreciate the tennis court, nature lovers can discover the many acres of designated land nearby and fishing enthusiasts can take advantage of hill loch and salmon fishing both just a few minutes drive from the door.
Glen Bruar (sleeps up to18 people)
Full of original 18th Century character, this centrally-heated lodge is a classic example of how a Highland sporting lodge should be. Set in its own wild glen, nine miles along a private track from Calvine, Glen Bruar Lodge is the ultimate escape from everyday life. Up to eighteen guests with a love for the outdoors will be in their element at Glen Bruar!
Forest Lodge (sleeps up to 20 people)
Set in a dramatic and secluded setting at the heart of Glen Tilt, eight miles along a private track from Blair Atholl, this classic centrally-heated sporting lodge is full of period charm. Forest Lodge is perfect for a week's escape, sleeping up to twenty guests and is ideal for fishing, field sports, walking, mountaineering or special family celebration.
Marble Lodge (sleeps up to 4 people)
Set on the bank of the River Tilt, a river renowned for its character and beauty, five miles up the private Glen Tilt road, Marble Lodge is a charming and comfortable centrally-heated lodge for up to four guests. Surrounded by wildlife and moorland wilderness, it is the ideal base for fishing and walking enthusiasts.
