    Summer is a great time of year to explore Atholl Estates with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy including Land Rover Safaris, Pony Trekking into the hills and 40 miles of walking and off-road cycling trails. Blair Castle is open 7 days a week during the summer, allowing guests to explore the fascinating past of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl and learn the history of the estate. The castle’s gardens and grounds look spectacular in full bloom and there are 6 enjoyable walking trails starting in the grounds from the 1 mile Red Squirrel Trail to the historic 10 mile Glen Tilt Trail.
