10 minutes walk from Pitlochry experience the quiet of Atom Crow Cottage.
A well-appointed cottage, with 3 comfortable bedrooms, the sitting room room and kitchen have scenic views, over the garden, to the Tummel Valley.
The attractive garden can be accessed from French windows and is frequented by many species of birds - and red squirrels.
Private off road parking and adequate space for turning is available at the base of the drive. Atom Crow is situated on a quite cul de sac only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Pitlochry. At the end of the street is a network of paths for walks around Pitlochry, to the Black Spout Waterfall (a local beauty spot) and to nearby historic Moulin. The walks have traditional Drystane dykes and stiles.
The Sitting Room has an expanding dining table seating from six to eight. The comfortable suite looks out on to the garden. A large digital TV, with video, dvd player and radio. The side-board, in addition to a selection of table linen contains a variety of games, jigsaws, maps and books.
The Kitchen has an integrated gas hob and electric oven, a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave oven.
3 bedrooms in total, each sleeping 2 people, have fitted wardrobes and electric blankets on all beds.
Bedroom 1 offers a king size double bed. Simply decorated but pretty, there are bed side cabinets with lamps at each side and a six drawer tallboy.
Bedroom 2 has a zip linked superking sized bed which can be divided to make twin beds and a six drawer cabinet. This versatile room is ideal for adults and children alike.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed with integrated truckle bed making this a single or a twin room. An alternative use of this bed space can be for a cot or a wheelchair.
There is a garden with a lawn and pathways created for wheelchairs, zimmers and pushchairs. There is wooden fencing and gates around the property to keep young children and pets in and unwanted animals out. The hut, with internal and external lighting, can be used to store golf clubs, bikes and children's equipment, a secure lock is provided . The garden furniture is also housed there.
