    Road Directions

    From Aberdeen take the A93 to Ballater. At the T-junction, you will see signs for South Deeside (B976) and Braemar (A93) the slip-road to the property is immediately opposite this opening. Cross over the main road and turn immediately left along the slip road towards the Cornellan Square development beside the river. The flat is immediately to the right. Follow the road on the right to the rear of the building. Parking for the property is on the gravelled area.
    Entry to the flat is taken from the semi-circular stair at the back of the building directly from the parking area and through the landscaped back garden at the back or if walking through the pend/lane at the side and via the gardens.

    From the nearest information centre:- From Ballater Tourist Information Centre turn left onto Bridge Street and head towards Braemar, before the bridge and next to the Inverdeen guest house take the slip road immediately right towards the Cornellan Square development beside the river. The flat is immediately to the right. Follow the road on the right to the rear of the building. Parking for the property is on the gravelled area.
