Attic Apartment

Overview

The apartment has excellent views to the front and a spectacular view of Lochnagar and the hills beyond to the rear.

It is an ideal base for walking, golfing, fishing, ski-ing and other sporting activities. There is an excellent 18-hole golf course, good shops, restaurants and hotels and other facilities in the village, all within easy reach of the apartment. Balmoral Castle is only 10 minutes away.
This is an attractive, freshly decorated apartment which is fitted with quality furnishings. The accommodation covering the whole of the top floor of the building is both spacious and bright. It is well equipped with everything required for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, and benefits from Sky TV and 37" LCD TV.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location for touring Royal Deeside and enjoying the Cairngorm National Park. Leisure activities range from walks along the River Dee (a short stroll from the apartment) to more adventurous walks in the Cairngorms. Cycle routes are many and varied; there are several excellent golf courses (the Ballater course is just at the end of the road); and Salmon fishing on the world famous River Dee is a stones throw away. A wide selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways are within easy walking distance.

There is a landscaped garden to the rear and a parking space.

There is good, regular transport by bus to Aboyne and beyond.
