Aviemore - Melbourne Road, North Berwick

Overview

In a most enviable position, yards from the sandy beach, the flat enjoys magnificent views over the Firth of Forth to the islands of the Bass Rock and Craigleith and to North Berwick's picturesque harbour and world renowned Scottish Seabird Centre.

Situated close to the centre of town, a myriad of excellent restaurants, pubs, shops and sporting facilities are in easy walking distance and there are several golf courses a mere 20 minutes away. The train station with trains to Edinburgh is also nearby.

Ideally suited for two adults, Aviemore is also perfect for small families and golfers as it can sleep up to four by use of the sofa bed in the living room. The large, restfully decorated living room easily accommodates two sofas (one a sofa-bed) with views to the sea through its large windows. Guests can sit and relax whilst watching the TV or a DVD, listening to a CD or the radio, playing a game to be found in the cupboards under the windows, reading one of the many books on offer or simply browsing the leaflets of things-to-do in the area.

The fully-equipped dining kitchen seats up to six at the table and has a window which overlooks a beautifully maintained garden. There is a washing machine, electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer.

The bedroom with its comfortable queen-size bed has fabulous views to the sea. All bedding and bed linen is provided. The recently refurbished bathroom offers an electric shower over the bath and heated towel rail. Towels are provided. The flat has electric night storage heating and electric heaters and the windows to the front have secondary glazing.

- There is unrestricted car parking nearby.
- There is a telephone for incoming calls only.
- The flat operates a non-smoking policy.
- Well-trained single pet considered with additional fee.

High Season (June to September) from £380 per week.

Low Season* (October to May) from £250 per week *Excludes Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks when High Season rates apply. Longer lets and weekend breaks considered with rates negotiable.

10% deposit to be paid at time of booking secures the booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Key arrangements will be made prior to entry and the period of let begins at 4pm on the Saturday of arrival until 10.30am on the Saturday of departure unless by prior agreement.

It would be gratefully appreciated if the flat is left in the same clean and tidy condition in which you find it on your arrival.
