The cosy Cottage accommodation comprises: Hall, Sitting Room, Kitchen/Dining Area, Bathroom and 3 Bedrooms sleeping up to 4.

The sunny south facing sitting room is comfortably furnished with sofa, arm chairs and occasional chairs, television with free view, video, DVD player, CD player and coal effect gas fire.

The kitchen incorporates a gas hob and electric fan assisted oven, integrated fridge, microwave and integrated washer drier. Ample Dining area. There are panoramic views to the hills from the kitchen window and back door leads out to secure rear garden. Garden table and chairs. Garden hut for cycle storage.

All bedrooms have wardrobe and ample drawer storage. All bed linen and towels supplied.

The cottage has full gas central heating and double glazing.

Comrie not only is very central for visitors who wish to tour the surrounding Scottish countryside, but the village itself can offer a variety of activities and excellent entertainment. The main street offers a good selection of shops, tearooms and restaurants. The annual Comrie Fortnight at the end of July offers 2 full weeks of family entertainment and the Hogmanay Flambeaux welcomes in the New Year. For the more active there is a very scenic 9 hole golf course, fishing, bowling, lots of lovely cycle routes and walks for all abilities. The village has been a winner several times of Scotland in Bloom and in 2007 and 2010 achieved great heights winning Britain in Bloom's best large village category.
