The B+B Edinburgh is a privately owned boutique bed and breakfast offering our discerning guests 4 star accommodation in the heart of Scotland's capital city. In addition to our award winning concept, B+B Edinburgh also offers a fully licensed bar where our guests can relax with a cocktail or unwind with a beer. We have 22 bedrooms, the grades of which range from Single to Family Suites. The building has a Grade II listed facade with 4 floors and the hotel offers a lift to all floors for the convenience of our guests.The B+B concept is the brainchild of a group of like-minded professional hoteliers who have rewritten the rules for a new style of Bed and Breakfast hotel for the 21st century. This new brand offers a modern, contemporary environment at affordable rates. Design, service, quality and comfort are all part of the philosophy.
Nestled in Rothesay Terrace, B+B Edinburgh is the perfect base for your visit to Edinburgh. The hotel's location is only a 5 minute walk to Princes Street and George Street with their myriad of shops, boutiques, restaurant, cafes and bars. And just 10 minutes up Lothian Road, conference delegates have easy access to Edinburgh's International Conference Centre and the nearby theatre district.
