Edinburgh is around one hour away should you fancy a visit to Scotland's capital city. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (one ground floor) both with double beds. There is an additional double and single bed settee offering potential to sleep 7. The attic room has en-suite, ully fitted Kitchen, cosy living room with feature log burning stove, dining room and downstairs bathroom.

The property has Sky TV and wireless internet throughout with plasma's in both bedrooms and living room. In summary the property has all mod cons you would have in your main residence and more.
A private large rear garden offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside and is equipped with patio table, chairs, outback BBQ and log burner. Private off road parking to front.

The property is 2nd home to me and is a place I love to go to and relax yet it offers much activity on your door step such as lovely river trails and walks and is close to many castles and golf courses and other places of interest such as the home and history of Robert Burns the famous Scottish poet.
