Baincraig Lodge

Baincraig Lodge is bright and fresh and extremely well appointed. With views to the Lomond Hills and only a short walk to Auchtermuchty village, it is a perfect place for rest and relaxation.

Because we love where we live, we knew others would enjoy it too. Best suited to adults and children over 12, Baincraig Lodge is centrally heated, double-glazed and beautifully presented with quality furnishings and fittings. Free wireless broadband is also available. It nestles in a quiet corner of a south facing slope, ready to welcome and refresh.

The accommodation is as follows -
The sunny, comfortable lounge area has a cosy, stove-type gas fire, TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, cd/tape/radio, books, board games, videos, music tapes etc. The patio doors open directly onto the wraparound verandah where you can sit in the evening, enjoying a nightcap as you watch the sun disappear over the horizon to the west.

The modern well equipped kitchen area has gas cooker, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and is adjacent to the lounge/dining area.

The utility room which is situated by the entrance, allows guests to remove dirty walking boots, store golf clubs and hang outdoor coats. It is fitted with sink, washing machine and tumble drier.

The main bathroom is extremely spacious and has a full sized bath with shower over.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, wall-mounted LCD TV and an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 has 2 quality single beds with storage drawers. The beds have double duvets for extra comfort.
Both rooms have double, mirrored wardrobes, hairdryers and alarm clocks.

The Lodge is situated in an area apart from the main house and garden, surrounded by its own lightly wooded garden area with flowerbeds, arbour/swing and shrubbery. There is ample parking on hard standing by the entrance door.

All bed linen and towels are of a high standard, toiletries and cleaning materials are provided and fuel costs are included in the rental.
