From Skye /Kyle head East on A87 for 3 miles and look for BALMACARA MAINS sign, turn right and follow lane for 250 meters and the guest house is situated on your left, overlooking the bay.
From the South/Inverness on A87 head for Kyle of Lochalsh. Approximately 4 miles after Eilean Donan Castle at Dornie and 1 mile after passing Balmacara Hotel you will see a sign to the left for the National Trust Woodland Walks. Take this turning and we are 250m down the hill on the left.

Getting there by railway:- The nearest railway station is Kyle of Lochalsh which is 2 miles away. Local taxis operate throughout the day and evening.
Getting there by aeroplane:- The nearest Airport is at Inverness approximately 80 miles away. The train service links Kyle of Lochalsh with Inverness; it is a famous and exceptionally scenic route.
