Road Directions
From Edinburgh cross the Forth Road Bridge and take the M90north. Exit at junction 4 and follow the B194 west. Continue
straight on for about 3.5 miles (ignoring the right hand fork to
Saline & Dollar) swinging left on the B195. The gates to Balmule
are on the left hand side just before the stone bridge.
Follow the long tree lined drive to the house.

Getting there by railway:- Dunfermline Queen Margaret Train Station is 3 miles from Balmule with a regular half hourly service to Edinburgh.
