There are five properties available at Balnagown Estate to let, and these are Grieve's Cottage, Gardener's Cottage, Swiss Cottage, Hill House and Marybank Lodge.
Marybank Lodge
The largest of all our properties at Balnagown Estate, Marybank Lodge enjoys a beautiful setting overlooking the Balnagown River, within the Castle grounds, yet offering total seclusion with its own mature private gardens. Sleeps 12 with 2 double bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms. Dogs are welcome at Marybank with kennels provided on request.
Grieve’s Cottage
Centrally positioned at the heart of the estate and close to Balnagown Castle itself, Grieve’s Cottage is a beautifully restored family home, full of character and period detail. Sleeps 6 with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom
Gardener’s Cottage
Gardener’s Cottage is a secluded hideaway nestled within Balnagown’s grounds that enjoys the shelter of mature trees, and is situated next to the magnificent Grade B Listed walled garden. The property accommodates up to four people in a pure, simple style, that nevertheless retains a luxurious ambience. Sleeps 4 with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom
Swiss Cottage
Our wonderful Swiss cottage is a delightful part of the heritage which makes up the Balnagown Estate. Set in superb landscape that is every bit as beautiful as its traditional alpine home, this charming retreat is a perfect property in which to spend leisure time. Sleeps 4 in the main cottage with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 in the adjoining Coach House with 1 twin bedroom
Hill House
Situated well within the grounds of the beautiful Balnagown Estate, Hill House enjoys stunning, unbroken views across the fishing lochs and towards the Cromarty Firth. The house itself sleeps four, with the accompanying Coach House sleeping a further two. Both Hill House and the Coach House have exceptional standards of internal décor.
