Overview

Bankend's location is perfect for exploring the historic City of Stirling and the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. A short drive takes you to the Blair Drummond Safari Park, Loch Lomond, Loch Katrine & the SS Sir Walter Scott.

If you love to explore, Bankend Farm is also within an hours drive of all of central Scotland's major attractions and cities including Glasgow, Perth and Edinburgh.
From the minute you arrive you will not be disappointed. Turning off the A811 into our Farm's entrance you will get an immediate feeling of space and tranquility. Approaching the Farm (down a long driveway) you may pass grazing horses on either side; standing alone, on the right, is your holiday home.

Facing south west it gets all the afternoon sun and superb sunsets. There is also a large front garden which captures all the morning sun and is ideal for coffee and relaxation.

Downstairs there are 2 public rooms, the kitchen, a dining room, WC and utilty room. The sitting room looks directly at Stirling Castle and has an open fire for cosy evenings.
The TV room is spacious bright & sunnyA large dining area with double patio doors leads to a sunny courtyard. Close to the kitchen, our courtyard (weather permitting) is perfect for outdoors dining or a BBQ.
Bedrooms & bathrooms. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with a family bathroom, and downstairs there are 2 further bed rooms (1 twin & the other king size) plus a large modern shower room. Bed linen & towels are provided.
What ever the size of your group Bankend caters for your needs and budget. Bankend can sleep up to 10 persons, but if you are a smaller group that is not a problem as the layout of the house allows us to close off rooms and reduce the cost for you. Whether you are part of a large group or come as a couple you will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
