In the mornings, indulge in a traditional full Scottish breakfast or select an alternative dish from our specials menu - all served at a time of your choosing. The aroma of the freshly made pancakes served as a stack with fruit, cream and maple syrup usually makes guests order it again! Or they just cannot resist trying the scrambled eggs with flakes of smoked salmon and chives a second time! All breakfasts are freshly prepared with the finest ingredients sourced locally where possible and include fruit of the season salad and squeezed orange juice, both prepared each breakfast time; toast/homemade Irish brown seed bread (everyone wants the recipe!); a selection of home-made preserves; tea; herbal teas; and freshly brewed coffee. We are pleased to suit particular dietary needs.
