The house offers four comfortable en suite bedrooms with walk-in shower or bath/shower. In the mornings a delicious choice of cooked breakfasts are offered and are served in the bright and spacious conservatory dining room.  The grand guest drawing room offers an elegant and comfortable space to relax at any time of day or night.

Accessed via Palmers Close to the side of Baytree House, the converted stable is an ideal option for a couple. Equipped with a double bed and en suite shower and toilet facilities, a compact kitchenette, lounge area and flat-screen TV/DVD player, the accommodation provides everything you need for a perfect stay.

Charming Kirkcudbright is known as the Artists' Town and just a short walk away from Baytree House you will find McLellan's Castle, the Tolbooth Art Centre, Broughton House, a fantastic museum, and the Town Hall which regularly holds brilliant art exhibitions. Let your stresses wash away as you walk around the town, perhaps visiting the lovely shops or tea room/coffee shops, or the picturesque harbour and marina. Play a round of golf on the town's fantastic golf course overlooking the river Dee and if you enjoy walking or cycling, with miles and miles of quiet roads, rolling countryside and coastal routes just waiting to be explored, you will be spoilt for choice. Mountain bikers will be in their element as they explore the 7stanes mountain biking centres. After a day filled with adventure, Baytree's grand and elegant drawing room or pretty gardens provide the perfect place to relax.
