Paul and Margaret assure you a warm welcome to their beautiful 19th century cottage which has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. Luxury accommodation with en-suite facilities and superb sea views. We have a beautiful garden with patio you are welcome to use.

Situated between the stunning coastline and the open countryside, both within minutes walking distance, you can experience arguably the most beautiful (as well as sunniest and driest) area in Scotland. Within close proximity to golf courses at Lundin Links, Leven, Charleton, Elie and only a short drive from the world famous St Andrews.

Luxury rooms are individually designed with contemporary en-suite facilities. We provide a wide range of guests amenities including hospitality tray, remote control colour TV, DVD with selection of films, luxury toiletries, clock radio, hairdryer and mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks. There is internet access and ample private parking for all guests.

Transfers from Edinburgh airport and local bus/train stations are available at a pre-arranged rate. Transport to local attractions and golf courses can also be organised.  

Full breakfast is our speciality and should not be missed! Vegetarian selection is also available. Packed lunches can be ordered with prior notice.
