From the nearest information centre:- From Kirkwall TIC proceed down Junction Road, continue to roundabout, turn right along the seafront to the next roundabout, up the incline (Shore Street) on to Cromwell Road which leads onto Carness Road, go along the seafront for 1.25 miles to the Bed and Breakfast sign at the bottom of the road.

Getting there by railway:- Scotrail from all Scottish departures to either Thurso or Wick or
Aberdeen.www.scotrail.co.uk

Getting there by aeroplane:- From Kirkwall Airport take the A960 to Kirkwall, travel down to the harbour and turn right along the seafront to the roundabout, go straight through the roundabout, up the incline (Shore Street) on to Cromwell Road which leads to Carness Road, go along the seafront for 1.25 miles to the Bed and Breakfast sign at the bottom of the road.

Getting there by ferry:- From Stromness ferry take the A965 to Kirkwall, go along the harbour front to the third roundabout and up the incline (Shore Street) on to Cromwell Road which leads onto Carness Road, go along the seafront for 1.25 miles to the Bed and Breakfast sign at the bottom of the road.

From St. Margaret's Hope follow signs into Kirkwall
