Layout
Ground floor - Entrance hall, bathroom with hand shower in bath, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and double bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet/wash basin at rear.
Upper floor - 2 large twin bedrooms.
Extra wide doorways on ground floor give good buggy/wheelchair access. Ramp to front door from car.
Cottage is in quiet country location, close to nature yet only 5 minutes walk to Loch Lomond and Tarbet Pier which has - visitor's centre, tearooms, bar, restaurant, picnic area and loch cruises. Two minutes walk to the local Rustlers Restaurant/Bar and beer garden. Which has excellent menu served in the rustic surroundings of an 18th Century former church.
Approximately 1 mile to Arrochar where you can find local supermarkets/shops/pubs/restaurants/take-away fish and chips/petrol station etc.
40 mins from Glasgow airport, also on inter-city bus and rail route.
Towels/linen provided. All power (electricity and gas) included. Free WiFi. ipod dock on CD player.

Bedroom two has flat screen tv and satellite receiver.
Twins can be pushed together for couples.
High chair and travel cot available (bring your own bedding for this to comply with health and safety regulations)
1 small/medium sized well behaved dog - surcharge of £30 applies.
Large rear decking area has table with seating for 8 people. Bar-b-q.
Books, DVD's, games, CD's, walking routes, maps etc. available for guests use.
There is also beautiful burn within the grounds of the cottages.
Short stays 3/4 nights and weekly bookings taken. Weddings or Special Occasions - larger groups (up to 24 adults) may be able to be accommodated. Please phone/text/email with your requirements.
Guests staying for 4 nights or more receive a complimentary welcome pack with a few basics - example - bread/butter/milk/fruit juice/tea/coffee etc. Plus a choice of a bottle of red or white wine.
