The larger cottage is a 3 bedroomed bungalow sleeping 7, with 2 family rooms, 1 twin bedded room and 2 public rooms, kitchen and bathroom.

The smaller cottage sleeps 5 in 2 double rooms and 1 single room; with lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The cottages are equipped to give a high standard of convenience and comfort. The many 'homely' facilities in each cottage include a microwave oven, automatic washing machine, dish washer, and tumble dryer, Sky satellite TV and DVD players.

Bed linen is supplied but not towels, which must be either brought with you or hired.

Both cottages have parking facilities and are in a quiet, private area within their own grounds, which includes their own private enclosed child friendly gardens. They also have the use of a barbeque.

The cottages are available for hire all year round and are ready from 2pm on Saturday. The cottage rented should be vacated by 10am of the day of departure. Minimum booking is a period of one week.

Terms per week are from £350 - £450 November - end March and April to October £550 - £700 including VAT dependent on the time of year.

Electricity and fuel are charged dependent on use.

Bookings are confirmed by a deposit of £100 per week, the balance being payable 4 weeks in advance of holiday. Deposits are non-refundable.

We respectfully remind you that your booking is a legally binding contract. We recommend all our guests insure against cancellation as a charge will be made for any cancellations.

Both cottages have a VisitScotland 4 star Grading.
