Delightful Guest House dating back to 1734 with lots of character and charm situated in the centre of Arbroath.

Blairdene Guest House is situated in the centre of Arbroath with shops, cafes, restaurants and theatres all on the doorstep. The beach and cliffs are a short stroll away and the bus and train stations are a five minute walk. There are fine views of Arbroath Abbey from many of the bedrooms. Our rooms are spacious and comfortable with TV and tea and coffee facilities. Our shower rooms are modern and spacious with complimentary toiletries.

Fine period features are all around such as our original wrought iron balustrade staircase, stained glass windows and ornate dining room cornice.

Our full Scottish breakfast is highly recommended and will set you up for your day ahead. Continental breakfasts are also available. Early breakfasts and packed lunches are available on request.

We pride ourselves on giving our guests the best possible service at all times and will be more than happy to help with your travel arrangements and sightseeing plans. A warm welcome awaits you at Blairdene Guesthouse where we will do everything possible to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay.
