The cottage is located on a working upland livestock farm, 5 miles north of Dunfermline.

The cottage provides a double and twin bedroom with a double sofa bed in the lounge. Maximum 6 persons.
The bathroom consists of bathroom suite and separate shower cubicle.
The kitchen has been newly refurbished and has a cooker, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The lounge/ dining room is light and spacious with two settees and SKY TV and access into the conservatory. The conservatory has a table and chairs and loungers for summer dining.The cottage has oil central heating with temperature control and full double glazing.
The cottage is situated in a large south facing garden /play area and has adequate parking
The cottage is approximately thirty minutes from Edinburgh, Stirling, Perth and Kirkcaldy and is only two miles from the M90. Attractions within a 10 mile radius are Knockhill Racing Circuit, Townhill Waterskiing Centre, Lathalmond Bus Museum, Deep Sea World, Quad bike and hovercraft centre, Wester Deanhead Equestrian Centre, Saline, Canmore ,Pitfirrane and Aberdour Golf Courses.For the angler there are a number of fly and coarse fisheries locally; Loch Leven, Loch Glow and Craigluscar. There is a modern multiplex cinema, bowling alley, bingo and fast food entertainment park 10 minuted drive from the cottage.
The nearest beach is about 15 minutes away at Aberdour which boasts a blue flag award for cleanliness.
St.Andrews famous for its golfing and beautiful beaches is 40 minutes away.
Edinburgh Airport is 30 minutes away and Glasgow approximately one hour.
Nearest Bus and Train Stations are at Dunfermline with taxis costing about £10.00 from town centre.
