Braeburn

Overview

With stunning views of Loch Linnhe and the Ardgour Hills, your hosts, John and Julie Mackin, offer you a warm welcome at Braeburn, a spacious family run house which is situated in its own grounds. At Braeburn, there are five bedrooms which are all furnished to a high standard to offer you all the comfort and facilities you need. We have two family, two doubles and one twin room. One of our family rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons and one can accommodate 3 persons. All rooms have views and are en-suite with a TV, hospitality tray, hairdryer and radio alarm clock. Ample off-road private parking is available, together with storage for bikes and skiing equipment. Relax in our comfortable residents lounge or on our sunny patio.

We offer a hearty Scottish breakfast in our comfortable dining room to set you up for the day and vegetarians are catered for. Freshly prepared packed lunches are available upon request.

Drying and ironing facilities are also available.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age.

We are three miles from Fort William on the A830 Road to the Isles and are ideally situated for touring the beautiful scenery of the West Highlands of Scotland, which will capture your heart. Oban is south of Fort William and offers cruises to the outer isles of Mull, Iona and Staffa, or travel North to the shores of Loch Ness and Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. Alternatively, golfing, fishing, karting, walking, climbing, pony trekking and skiing and boating are all within easy reach of Braeburn. After a full day, local hotels and bars, serving good food and drink, are all within walking distance.

We are open all year to cater for individuals or small groups.
