Braefield is a small family run bed and breakfast offering a luxury home from home feel. Braefield nestles in the heart of the Scottish countryside 2 miles from Biggar
Braefield offers the perfect blend of rural retreat and modern comfort. The house lends itself to being either a cosy, comfortable place as a base for your holiday or an ideal stopping point to re-charge on journeys north and south whilst on business in the area.
The spacious bedrooms both offer twin beds with extremely (and much remarked upon) comfortable mattresses , cosy feather down duvets, feather pillows (hypoallergenic available on request) and crisp cotton bed linen. One bedroom is situated downstairs in its own suite with en suite bathroom with underfloor heating, power shower and a deep cast iron roll top bath. The second room available has its own bathroom nearby with the same facilities available. Locally handmade natural toiletries are used and hairdryers, radios, and bathrobes are provided. Wi-fi and televisions are in each room with tea and coffee making facilities. A cot and highchair is avaiable, and a camp bed for children if required. Ample off street parking and bike storage available.
If you would like either a packed lunch or dinner please discuss this in advance. The emphasis is on good ingredients cooked in a delicious simple way.
