Dunglass Cottage
A traditional stone built crofter's cottage, clad in climbing roses, the 1 bedroom Dunglass is recommended for a couple. The comfortable accommodation also includes a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Ideal for: Couples just wanting a nice break in the country.

Seaforth
This five bedroom secluded cottage is suitable for 2 families and enjoys wonderful views towards the peaks of Strathconon. Downstairs is a sitting room, kitchen, dining room, twin bedroom, bathroom and shower room. While upstairs there is one double, one single and two twin bedrooms, plus a toilet. Ideal for: Sizeable families or parties looking to really enjoy life in the country.
Price range: From £367 low season to £699 at the height of peak season.
West Lodge
This three bedroom cottage was the old gate lodge and it stands by the gates on the Estate drive. Quiet and secluded today, with no public traffic, the accommodation downstairs includes a sitting room, kitchen, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower, plus one double and one twin bedroom upstairs. Ideal for: Large families or parties ready to enjoy country activities.
Price range: From £327 low season to £659 at the height of peak season.
The Valley Balnains
Sheltered and enhanced by the adjacent wood, these 2 bedroom semi-detached cottages face south, looking out over the Conon valley. Each cottage, of which there are two - making it an ideal base for extended family, has a double and twin bedroom, as well as a comfortable sitting room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Ideal for: Small families or couples who love countryside activities:
Valley Balnain 1: the accommodation is split over two levels - all the bedrooms are upstairs.
Valley Balnain 2: The accommodation is all on one level.

Balnain Farmhouse
This impressive five bedroom farmhouse looks out south over its private hedged garden to the river valley. Centrally heated, the ground floor of the house consists of a lounge with open fire, dining room, kitchen, utility room, toilet/shower and family bedroom. A dishwasher, washing machine, chest freezer and fridge/freezer are all included. On the first floor the master bedroom and a twin room share one bathroom, while another bathroom and two further twin rooms complete the accommodation. To sleep 12.

Dunglass Farmhouse
This splendid property tastefully decorated to a high standard accommodates up to 12 guests. There are six bedrooms (1 small double, 1 large double, 4 twins) 4 bathrooms, 2 reception, dining room, kitchen, boot room, utility and toilet. The house is centrally heated and is fully equipped including laundry facilities.
