Overview

The property sleeps up to 12 people and is ideal for family's or groups. INSIDE BRANDON LODGE

Brandon Lodge has an impressive entrance hall with some oak panelling, oak flooring and settees to relax on. On the ground floor there are:-

*Two lounges, both enjoying sea views. Each contains comfortable settees, a flat screen TV,
DVD player and dining room table. The main lounge also has a Sky Tv package (excluding film and sport).
* There is a downstairs bathroom and shower cubicle.
* The fully equipped traditional kitchen has a double oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer.
* From the kitchen a door leads towards a heated cupboard and a fully equipped utility room with oil fired boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Two staircases lead off the hall to the bedrooms. The larger staircase leads to:-

* A family bathroom with a shower cubicle.
* An en-suite family bedroom with a double bed, twin single beds and sea views.
* A double bedroom with fantastic views over the sea and hills.
* A twin bedroom with views to the sea and hills.
* A twin bedroom with garden views.

The smaller staircase leads up to:-

* A twin bedded room with views towards Brodick.
* All bedrooms have flat screen TV and radio.
Outside, the rear garden by the side of the house is a lawned childrens play area..
* At the rear is a barbeque and outside dining table.
* To the front are garden seats and tables.

FURTHER INFORMATION

* Changeover day is normally Sunday; flexible during the off season.
* All bed linen is provided, towels are not provided.
* A cot is available at the property.
* All heating and electricity is included in the price.
