Overview
Leading into the main part of the cottage is the kitchen/dining area. This is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric food processor and coffee maker.The utility room leading off the kitchen has a washing machine and a microwave oven. This room also doubles as an excellant drying room, important to those involved in outdoor pursuits.
The door from the kitchen leads into the passage, to the right is the bathroom fitted with bath and electric shower and next to the bathroom is the double bedroom. This bedroom has two built in wardrobes, a double bed and two bedside cabinets.
Along the passage is the second bedroom which has two single beds, built in wardrobe and a bedside cabinet.
The lounge at the end of the passage is furnished with a three piece suite, electric fan heater in the style of a wood burning stove, colour TV complete with Sky Plus, coffee table and super views over farmland. The cottage has an oil central heating system and is fully double glazed.
The garden is enclosed and has a garden bench, and a bench style picnic table and clothes line. There is plenty of secure car parking.
Brekkan is close to all fishing lochs and the places of historic interest that Orkney has to offer. It is an ideal location for all your needs.
