All inclusive, a quiet relaxing holiday with lots to entertain: pony trekking, cycling, golfing, fishing, bird watching, walking. Cormorant is overlooking Brighouse Bay, a small stroll to the sandy beach approximately 200 yards. The accommodation is as follows: 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), living room with multi-fuel burning stove, bathroom and kitchen.
The cottage is all inclusive with the beds made up and fire set for your arrival. Oil fired central heating, electricity, logs and coal are all stored in the communal rear courtyard. The front of the cottage has an enclosed garden for children and pets.
The cottage is well equipped with tv, dvd/video, cd player and freeview sky. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining table and six chairs. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and the en-suite has an electric shower. The windows are double glazed and furnished to a very high standard. Fire alarms and emergency lights are all installed for your peace of mind.
When weather is fine we have garden furniture and a BBQ.

Kirkcudbright is a beautiful friendly little town, with no traffic lights or zebra crossings, a lovely change from the rat race. You can understand why so many people retire and settle in this area.
