Overview

This self-catering accommodation is a brand new development completed in June 2006 and is very tastefully laid out with modern decor.

The accommodation consists of open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The lounge has a comfy leather corner suite with a 32" widescreen TV, DVD, video player and Hi-Fi system with surround sound. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob oven and hob etc. and has a dining area. there is also a ground floor toilet with wheelchair access.

The stairs lead from the lounge up to the hall where you will find a bathroom with a large shower room, then across the landing to two bedrooms, one with king size bed and fitted wardrobe etc. The other bedroom has two adult size single beds both with pull out single beds underneath that can be raised to bed height, double wardrobe and bedside tables.

Children are well catered for with highchair, cot, toys, DVD's and videos available. Also there is a small play park across the road.

Outside there is off road parking for up to two cars, sitting area, drying green and outside storage space, ideal for bikes, fishing gear,drying wet walking coats etc.
