From the nearest information centre:- From the Tourist Information Centre proceed on foot along the High Street towards the statue of the Horse and Brougham Place is on your right just before the gardens in front of Trinity Church.Getting there by railway:- Hawick is on the route of the X95 bus that runs between Carlisle and Edinburgh railway stations (half hourly throughout most of the day to/from Edinburgh and regular services to/from Carlisle).
Getting there by aeroplane:- The nearest airports are at Newcastle and Edinburgh.
Getting there by ferry:- Ferries from Northern Europe and Scandinavia dock at Newcastle.
