These two beautiful stone built Cottages date back to the 19th century. Each contains a cozy lounge, dining kitchen and two bedrooms - a double and a twin, allowing each to sleep a maximum of four adults in comfort. They are perfectly located on a tree lined lane near the town centre close to all amenities, including shops, theatre, swimming pool, cycle hire, restaurants and cafes. The river and dam are short walks away.
The cottages are joined to each other, having been formed from the conversion of a coach house. They are ideally placed on a leafy lane a very short distance from the centre of town, just a short walk from nearby restaurants, cafes and shops, and a lovely short walk from the theatre.
Available Saturday to Saturday. All bedding and towels provided, and all electricity and gas included in the price quoted. These two self catering cottages have been lovingly renovated by the current owners to provide exceptionally well appointed, high quality self catering accommodation with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Double glazing and central heating have been installed, and the cottages provide comfortable accommodation throughout the year.
Downstairs the cottages each contain a dining kitchen with everything you could need including all cutlery and utensils, washing machine, cooker with ceramic hob, oven and grill, microwave and fridge freezer. There are drying facilities for wet clothes. Also downstairs is the lounge with ample seating for full occupancy and containing a flat screen TV with DVD player and satellite channels. There is a selection of DVDs along with books and games. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each double bedroom has a widescreen flat panel TV, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. Each twin bedroom has a large chest of drawers, hanging space and bedside cabinet. Also upstairs is a shower room with shower cubicle plus WC, and sink.
Bruach Cottage lounge opens out onto a quiet rear courtyard, while Garden Cottage has (as you might expect) a larger garden area. Both are sun traps in good weather and each has seating for four with tables to enjoy al-fresco dining or perhaps just a drink as the sun goes down.
Bruach Self Catering Cottages are beautiful, perfectly placed holiday homes in the heart of Pitlochry, and are maintained to the high standards you would expect of quality four star self catering accomodation.
