Located close to Loch Leven in the beautiful area of Kinross-shire, often considered to be Scotland’s premier touring base, Burnbank B&B is ideally situated for touring and discovering the beauty of Scotland, its historic cities and many visitor attractions.  Whether you want to tour the local area, or go further afield, you are sure to find a variety of activities to suit your interests.  
 
For Local Activities & Attractions, take one of the many walks around Kinross and Loch Leven – visit Kinross House Gardens or have a boat trip out to Loch Leven’s island castle, once a prison to Mary Queen of Scots.  See the Nature Reserve at Vane Farm, or visit Burleigh Castle at Milnathort. Play a round at one of the two golf courses in Kinross, fish for pink fleshed trout in Loch Leven, or for the adventurous, try an ‘Air Experience Flight’ at the gliding centre or a micro-light at Balado.
 
All our bedrooms are en suite and equipped with a hospitality tray, hair drier and toiletries. A colour TV, with built in DVD player.  For your listening pleasure, as well as having FM/AM radio bands, our alarm clocks can also connect to an MP3 player. You are free to make use of the guest lounge at any time or borrow the books, magazines DVDs available there, for use in your room. We are also ‘Wi-Fi’ (wireless network) enabled. 
 
For the benefit of all our guests, Burnbank B&B is a non-smoking home.  
 
We have many years experience in catering and hospitality, so we are able to cater for most special diets Our passion is for good quality, locally sourced produce, wherever possible, and we are delighted to be Perth Cittaslow supporters.
 
At Burnbank B&B, the breakfasts include locally sourced or home-made produce and are freshly made to order.  Breakfast is normally served between 8.00am and 9.30am, in the guest lounge.  Other arrangements are available on request.
 
We are also offer a selection of delicious home-made evening meals from a seasonal menu, if pre-booked.
