Capercaillie cabin a self catering holiday home set in the heart of Royal Deeside in a spectacular woodland estate of Blelack, adjacent to the Cairngorm National Park. It is located within walking distance of the village of Logie Coldstone in the Highlands of Scotland. It sits at the foot of Morven - meaning "big hill".
This makes an ideal base to explore the Cairngorms National Park and Royal Deeside. The estate is a haven for many species of wildlife and wild flowers. The surrounding area is steeped in history with many castles and sites of historic interest which are all within a short drive from the cabin. The Cabin has been finished to a high quality. It offers a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with walk in shower and a fully fitted kitchen. It comfortably accommodates 4 persons, 5 at a push with a camp bed in the living room.
We welcome well behaved pets.
The lounge is spacious where you can relax in comfort with a homely wood burning stove and TV. All windows are double glazed and the cabin benefits from modern insulation enabling it to be particularly cosy in winter, but yet cool in the summer.
The stove provides the hot water which in turn provides the heat to a hot water circuit which circulates through the radiators in every room.
