A very warm welcome awaits you at the Cairnton Farm Cottages, traditional farming outhouses situated on the grounds of a working beef farm & renovated to an extremely high standard. The peaceful location offers panoramic views across Royal Deeside, which is renowned as one of the premier outdoor playgrounds in Scotland. There's a wealth of activities to enjoy in the area, including shooting, fishing, walking, mountain biking and gliding. In addition, all guests of Cottages are entitled to discount at Deeside Activity Park on a number of activities, such as clay shooting, quad biking, kart racing and 4x4 offroad driving.

The Bothy features 2 bedrooms, both with king-size beds which can be separated. A spacious and comfortable living area, which boasts a full length, south facing window. A fitted kitchen and modern shower room complete the interior. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout, but the Bothy has the added advantage of 2 woodburning stoves for which logs are provided. Outside, guests will benefit from a designated parking space, private decking area with seating and a BBQ, and children's play area.

The Byre features 3 bedrooms, all with king-size beds which can be separated. A spacious and comfortable living area. A fitted kitchen and modern bath room. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout. Outside, guests will benefit from a designated parking space.

The Stables features 3 bedrooms, all with king-size beds which can be separated. A study with a single bed. A spacious and comfortable living area. A fitted kitchen and modern bath room. Cairnton Farm Cottages are 2 miles from the nearest village and shop, and is less than an hour drive from Aberdeen city centre. Staff from Deeside Activity Park, are on hand 7 days a week to assist with any queries about the Cottages or the surrounding area and activities.
