Overview

Each property is south or west facing and has stunning views over the sea-loch towards some of the most majestic mountains in Assynt. Set in well kept, fenced grounds, in the small, quiet and peaceful crofting community of Baddidarrach, (which comes from the Gaelic to mean "a cluster of oaks"); and yet only a short twenty minute walk will take you down into the village of Lochinver, for all local shops, post office, bank, restaurant, pub, leisure centre and amenities. Come and explore this beautiful part of the Highlands, with an abundance of wildlife and dramatic scenery on your doorstep. Enjoy breathtaking scenery in an unspoiled landscape, spot eagles and otters, puffins and dolphins, go fishing, bird watching, walking or climbing; take a guided walk into the hill with a ranger or simply laze on our golden sands, in the peace and tranquility of the Scottish Highlands.
We have a choice of accommodation, from a luxury 1 bedroom chalet with a king size double bedded room and a bathroom with en-suite corner Jacuzzi Whirlpool spa bath and corner shower or a quality 2 bedroom chalet, with one double bedded and one twin bedded room, bathroom with an instant heat shower over the bath and an open plan living room/kitchen/dinning area. Each chalet has its own balcony with garden furniture and there is plenty of space for you to enjoy a barbecue, late into the evening during the long summer months. Very well appointed, fully equipped with all modern conveniences which include, colour t.v., video recorder, hi-fi, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, washing machine/dryer, coffee-maker and electric blankets, making this an ideal 'home from home'. We are open all year round and offer short stay breaks out of the main season, (November to March), as well as festive breaks and prices are inclusive of linen/fuel costs.
