Set in stunning rural location with open views to the Ochil hills yet just 4 miles north of Dunblane, 10 miles from Historic Stirling and centrally located for families to explore Scotland.The cities of Edinburgh & Glasgow are only 1hour away by road or rail.Short breaks welcome.Ideal for families,children & Disabled.Pets welcome.

Plenty of golf courses to choose from including world famous' Gleneagles' 9miles Home to Ryder cup 2014. There is on farm Trout fishing in season. Well behaved dogs are welcome and we have a designated dog walking area.
The ground floor is wheel chair accessible. It consists of ramp entrance to front & back doors. There is a Utility room with shower room off .A fitted kitchen with dining area seating 6 with door to outside patio & garden furniture & BBQ. A large sitting room with leather suite, log burner & 42" Free Sat TV. 1 KS double/twin bedroom with en suite wet room & walk in dressing room.
The Upstairs consists of an open plan lounge with leather suite & 32" Free Sat TV. There are two generous bedrooms, 1 twin, and 1 double. A separate bathroom with shower over a bath. A high chair,stairgate & cot are provided.The house provides views of open countryside.
The grassed & fenced garden is very suitable for children & dogs.Private Hot Tub outside.
There is ample tarred parking space & a garden shed & dog kennel are provided outside.
Babysitting & catering services available by prior arrangement.
Our family farm is 2 minutes walk away so we are always around should you require anything. Visitors are welcome to the farm under our supervision & bearing in mind that it may not always be suitable or safe for guests or livestock.
