Situated just a few minutes from village amenities and the boats to Iona and Staffa, you can take advantage of all that the Isle of Mull has to offer. Whether it is to Iona and its Abbey you are drawn, to Staffa for its amazing Fingal's Cave and in the summer the Puffins, the superb beaches or as a base to explore the rest of the island looking for eagles, otters, deer and other wildlife, you can be certain of a warm welcome and comfortable stay.

We can offer either walks or minibus tours calling on our experience of life on the island and giving you the chance of enjoying Mull at its best without having to do all the work.

With a choice of either double-bedded rooms with en-suite facilities or twin-bedded rooms with private-use facilities, guests' lounge and dining room, you can be sure of a comfortable and relaxing stay.

All rooms are furnished and decorated to a similar standard, fully carpeted and incorporating, good-sized dressing table, side tables, large built-in wardrobe, TV, easy chair, hair dryer and tray with selection of beverages. The accommodation is all on ground floor level and is fully double-glazed and centrally heated.

Breakfast is served in our dining room which shares with the guest lounge, great views across to Iona and eastward to the distant hills of Ben More, the Burg and Malcolm's Point. Choose from traditional cooked or from a range of 'lighter' alternatives, freshly prepared to order. To start, a range of cereals, fruit juice and grapefruit are available and to follow toast, preserves, including Carol's homemade marmalade, tea or coffee.
