    In Beautiful Highland Perthshire we have 5 superb stone-built cottages situated separately on an arable farm close to Castle Menzies, and only 2 miles from Aberfeldy in the Tay Valley.

    Highland Perthshire and the Upper Tay Valley have been a well kept secret for decades. Enjoy almost every style of holiday in this beautiful countryside.

    We offer 5, very different, 2 and 3 bedroomed self catering holiday cottages, friendly and family run, renovated to the highest standards. All south facing with views across the valley, beside historic Castle Menzies.

    Each cottage is independent and apart, has its own individual character, and its own private garden. All cottages are stone built, 3 have open fires, all are centrally heated, with modern kitchen facilities.

    Choose between traditional Garden House, open plan living in West Lodge, Castle Kennels and Middle Lodge, or Keepers cottage with 3 bedroom suites - all ensuite, in 17 acres of garden grounds to enjoy.

    Public Transport Directions

    From the nearest information centre:- From Aberfeldy proceed on B846 crossing River Tay over General Wade's Bridge. Continue west through village of Weem. Farm is 1 mile from Weem on right hand side and the cottages are located within the farm boundries. 

    Getting there by railway:- From Pitlochry. We advise own transport or hire car.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- From Edinburgh Airport follow signs for Forth Road Bridge, cross bridge and proceed on M90 to Perth. At Perth leave M90 and follow signs to A9( Inverness) bypass on west side of Perth. Follow A9 to Ballinluig. Take A827 for Aberfeldy. Proceed through Aberfeldy to traffic lights and turn right onto B846 and proceed through Weem and past Castle Menzies, Farmhouse 1 mile from Weem on right hand side.
