Overview

This is an ideal location for walkers, bikers, golfers, and fishermen and for those who simply want to unwind with splendid rural views. Cavers Knowes Farmhouse offers spacious, comfortable accommodation on two levels and is tastefully furnished throughout. The large kitchen which overlooks the back garden has a table and seating for five, electric cooker, microwave oven, health grill and fridge. The spacious sitting room has views overlooking the front garden and a small pond just beyond with a picnic area. there is a large log burning stove and comfortable seating with a colour television, video player and DVD player. There are patio doors opening out onto the decked area with a patio table and seats, overlooking the garden and pond. There is a separate dining room for that special meal. There are also patio doors leading onto the garden. Also on the ground floor there is a separate toilet and utility room with an electric shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single and a bathroom and toilet. Both the front and the back gardens are completely enclosed. A kennel is provided for those guests who wish to bring their dogs. The house has full central heating and all logs for the stoves are provided. Cavers Knowes Farmhouse is situated three miles south of Hawick on the A6088 and a further half a mile along a private road.
